PTET Election is due 9/15/2022
Entities must make an estimated tax payment for the PTET when they opt-in.
The Governor has signed entities to opt-in to the New York City Pass through entity tax for 2022.
Any entity that wants to opt-in to the NYC Pass through entity tax must first opt-in to the NYS pass through entity tax by September 15th 2022.
